TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FACEBOOK ADVERTISING RENTALS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of your Facebook advertising account and by signing below you agree to be bound thereby.
Definitions:
“Rental”: the rental of your Facebook advertising account to which these Terms and Conditions apply. ” “FB Account Program”: FB Account Program (AKA FB Acc. Program), their respective agents, subcontractors, officers, directors and employees.
“Owner”: the person who provided the Facebook advertising account that is being rented.
“Ad Account”: the Facebook advertising account that is being rented.
“Account Setup”: the process of setting up the Facebook advertising account that will be rented.
“Computer”: the computer on which we will conduct our activities.
“Setup Fee”: the amount paid to the account owner for a successful account setup.
“Monthly Payment”: the amount paid to the account owner at the end of each month their account is in use.
“Account Administrator”: the person actively managing the Ad Account on behalf of FB Account Program and who will be added to oversee the Ad Account.
“Referral Fee”: the amount paid to someone for referring another Advertising Account Owner for a successful Account Setup.
“Page Administrator”: adding an Account Administrator as an administrator to the Facebook page created on Owners Ad Account.
“Ad Account Administrator”: adding an Account Administrator as an administrator to the Facebook Ad Account on Owners Ad Account.
“Facebook Page”: the Facebook page created using Owner’s account.
“Advertisement”: the advertisements created by FB Account Program on Owners account.
“Payment Method”: the credit card or payment method FB Account Program will use to pay for advertisements on Owners Ad Account.
Privacy
We will not sell, transfer, or make public your account credentials or personal information. Any communication and documents received will be held in confidence, and will never be disseminated, sold, or given to anyone.
Promise of Ownership
The Owner guarantees and warrants that they are the legal owner of the Ad Account and they are the only person with access. Furthermore the Owner guarantees and warrants and that there is no wrongdoing in creating or acquiring the account. Furthermore Owner guarantees and warrants that they do not need or depend on the ability to advertise on Facebook.
Indemnification
Owner agrees to indemnify FB Account Program if they have in any way violated the Promise of Ownership clause.
Payment
FB Account Program will pay Owner the Setup Fee once the first check is done and approved, and an account manager has been successfully setup the account. FB Acc. Program will then send the owner the weekly payments of $25. If the payment day lands on a weekend or holiday, payment will be sent on the following business day. FB Account Program will not pay for an Ad Account that is not successful in the Account Setup process.
Payment Schedule
FB Account Program will pay Owner the following: $25,- every week (first payment directly after successful setup process and then after period is closed); $25 bonus – for each month (at the end of each month) that the Ad Account is in use. Further, $25- for each referral that results in a successful setup.
FB Account Program will not pay for an Ad Account that is not successful in the account setup process.
Method of Payment
FB Account Program will send all payments by PayPal.
Termination of Account Rental
Rental period shall end on the day that the ad account is no longer in use. FB Account Program at its sole discretion may decide that it no longer requires the account and can discontinue the Rental period. The Rental will also be terminated, if the Ad Account is deactivated by either Owner or Facebook. Rental period will also terminate if there is a material breach of these Terms.
Material Breach
The following will be considered a material breach. In the event of a material breach FB Account Program will not be responsible for paying any future payments. Changing Account login credentials during the term of use by FB Account Program. Logging into Account from any device that has not been used prior to the beginning of the Rental period. Pausing, stopping, changing, or interfering in any way with FB Account Program’s advertisements. Deleting or removing FB Account Program Account Admnistrator from the Facebook Page. Deleting or removing FB Account Program Account Administrator from the Ad Account Administrator role. Using FB Account Program’s payment method for any purpose other than to pay for Advertisements created by FB Account Program. Letting any other person or company access or use Ad Account. Logging into Facebook with a desktop or laptop from a new location that has not been logged in from previous to this Rental period. Logging in to Facebook Ads Manager for any reason.
